Yash resumes shoot for KGF: Chapter 2 in Bengaluru

Actor Yash has resumed shooting after several months for his upcoming film KGF:Chapter 2. The shoot has been resumed in Bengaluru. Actor-Politician Malavika Avinash took to her Instagram handle and shared a picture with Yash.

Sharing the picture, Malavika wrote, “After 6 full months…the COVID break is broken…Shooting today! Feels like a rebirth! Guess which film.”


A few days back, KGF director Prashant Neel had shared that he will soon be resuming the shoot of the film and was in the process of finalising the location.

The film has 20 days of shoot left. Actor Sanjay Dutt plays the antagonist in the film and has two-three days of shoot left for his part. However, the actor has been diagnosed with lung cancer and has taken a break from work for his treatment.

KGF:Chapter 2 was supposed to release in October, but it has been delayed due to the pandemic and the lockdown.The period drama also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Anant Nag and others.
